Photo Exposure Screen Printing – 4th & 5th of November 2017
Learn how to prepare your designs and expose your own screens for printing in this 2-day workshop with Home-Work!
Photo Exposure Screen Printing will cover all skills needed to prepare artwork for exposure, the exposure process and then how to print your original artwork onto fabric and paper. Fabric and paper will be provided. You are also more than welcome to bring your own T-shirts, fabric and papers to print onto as well. If you’d like to use a specific photo then please send it to us prior to the workshop!
This workshop is suitable for both experienced and beginner printers.
Home-Work have spent years teaching textiles design and screen printing at Home-Work, Harvest Textiles and the C.A.E.
When: Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th of September 2017 – Class runs from 10.30am ’til 3pm
Where: The workshop is held in our Brunswick studio. We are located at the rear of 18-20 Michael Street, Brunswick. Please note that entry is from the Dawson st side of the warehouse, opposite the Brunswick Baths (next door to Howler Bar).
What to bring: No experience necessary, all materials are provided, all you need to do is bring yourself and your lunch/ snacks. Please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting splashed with ink!
You are welcome to purchase your exposed screen at the end of the workshop but no pressure!
*Please note – refunds on workshop bookings are not available, however if you can’t attend the class you are more than welcome to send someone in your place!
